BSR plays a pioneering role and lays the foundation for the development of Vietnam's oil refining and petrochemical industry, while also being a training center for high-quality human resources in this field.

BSR provides high-quality personnel services for commissioning and operations of domestic and international oil refining and petrochemical plants. BSR also provides support and consulting on related testing/quality control services. We supply human resources to support laboratory operations and train specialized personnel in the analysis of crude oil, chemicals, gas, water, and refinery and petrochemical products.
